The Chamber meeting room has become the must use meeting space
The Chamber’s 1,100 square foot multi-purpose boardroom is available for get togethers, planning and training events of up to 65 people. Equipped with state-of-the-art teleconferencing, Zoom and big screen avails — and kitchen facilities — the second-floor space can be configured into theatre style seating, boardroom style set up or classroom style seating, using the foldable 6-foot tables.

Many restaurants in Nelson can provide delivery service for your groups breakfast, lunch, or dinner needs. Or you can cater with The Block restaurant located on site, or grab a coffee

Meeting Room Rental Rate:
$100 per 2 hour block + GST

The following conditions must be understood and strictly adhered to:
Key Pick-up must be arranged prior to use of the boardroom.
The Chamber office hours are 8:30am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. If your seminar starts outside these times, please pick up a key from our office the day prior to your rental day before 4pm. Lessee is responsible for locking the main doors outside of the regular office hours.
Room set up is the responsibility of the Lessee.
Lessee is responsible for leaving the room clean. The carpet needs to be vacuumed (vacuum is located behind the curtain). Tables & chairs sanitized and returned to their original order. Bag & tie any garbage that you may have accumulated. If it is necessary for the Chamber to perform general janitorial duties after your rental, the Lessee agrees to be responsible to pay an additional charge of $75.00 for cleaning.
NO PARKING in the West parking lot. (This is Reserved) No guaranteed parking spaces in the main lot.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation must be given 4 days prior to your rental date, or the rental amount will be payable in full.
The Lessee does not hold the NDCC liable for any injuries or safety violations that may occur if guidelines are not adhered to.
