I help individuals subdivide their property.  With great relationships at the governing body (Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure), I make the process much less painful than it’s made out to be.  I got started in the business by successfully subdividing 2 somewhat complex parcels off of my acreage, and now I find a lot of gratification in helping others do the same, changing their financial future.
