At All Season Waterfront Rentals we offer three elegant lakeside residences on the north shore of Kootenay Lake catering to the upscale tourist. Two of our properties, Six Mile House and Cottage, are situated on 2/3 of an acre, a pleasant 10 minute scenic drive from Nelson. Unit B has a unique alley/mountain view that looks directly at the famous Pulpit Rock. It is an iconic hiking trail that is used by locals and tourists. The condo is on the quieter side of the building. The open living plan along with all the most modern designs and furnishings as well as the 12 foot by 18 foot outdoor deck off the living room, with a natural gas BBQ will help to make the condo extremely comfortable and a great way to finish a long day of exploration in and around the city of Nelson.
Our retreat offers novel glamping accommodations and self-contained guest suite. Enjoy stunning views of Kootenay River, explore edible gardens and walk mossy, forest trails on this 300 acre property in the mountains.

We are located on Svoboda Road, 2.4 kms from the city of Nelson. Svoboda Road is home to many popular mountain biking trails of all levels. From our beautiful glamping sites you can ride out to the trails, already up the mountain. We are surrounded by the West Arm Wilderness Park so it is pristine forest, creeks and hiking trails also all around us. Being 10 minutes from Nelson also opens up all the amenities of this lovely town…biking/hiking/walking trails at the foot of Svoboda Road that go for miles in either direction; fabulous restaurants, craft breweries, shops, beaches and in non Covid times many festivals and music, and arts events.
We have four 14 foot in diameter domes, each with a twin bed, but room for another twin bed if desired; one 32 foot dome with a queen, and three twin beds; two cabins with queen beds, and a 32 foot travel trailer that is suitable for six people and is self contained with a shower, bathroom, full kitchen. There is a gazebo, full kitchen, three showeres and composting toilets, fire pit for the domes and cabins. All the domes have carpets, dressers, ‘real” beds, linens, towels. We are only filling to 1/2 capacity due to Covid 19 so each group can have their own shower and bathroom. Perfect for mountain bikers, families or a romantic retreat. The property is home to the Martin’s organic farm….full of beautiful flowering gardens, veggies, berries and fruit trees. Quiet, lush, and in the wilderness but close to Nelson.

The space
Welcome to our luxurious Grand Loft, a chic and comfortable retreat. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by soaring ceilings, wood floors, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lake.
The Master bedroom boasts unique barn doors opening onto the beautiful living area below, a luxurious king bed, and a cozy electric fireplace sitting area. The Master loft also has a round pedestal table and chairs and a dream en-suite with a soaker tub and spacious waterfall shower.
The Canter room has a tranquil ambiance with a white horse mural and its own private full ensuite. The Canter room features deluxe bedding on a comfortable queen bed and closet space.
Relax in the living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and leather sectional couch, or prepare a meal in the enormous kitchen with its gas stove and 10′ fir slab bar with stools. When it’s time to dine, gather around the stunning live edge hand-hewn fir dinner table.
Step outside onto the private mountain/lake view balcony and unwind in the jacuzzi hot tub for two. Our home also features a washer/dryer and keyless code lock for your convenience.
While the railroad tracks run right in front of the suite, with trains passing by a couple of times a day, most guests find this interesting and no problem at all. The trains run fairly slow and don’t usually honk on this end of town. The tracks run all along the lake, and therefore the train can also be heard through much of the town.

Nelson Civic Theatre is saved by the Nelson Civic Theatre Society and is a non-for-profit community theatre. Mostly run by volunteers it screen films on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoon.
