The home is complete with excellent kitchen and laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi. It is great for groups and families ! All you need to bring is your groceries.

At All Season Waterfront Rentals we offer three elegant lakeside residences on the north shore of Kootenay Lake catering to the upscale tourist. Two of our properties, Six Mile House and Cottage, are situated on 2/3 of an acre, a pleasant 10 minute scenic drive from Nelson. Local amenities include a delightful restaurant, community store (everything from groceries to videos to fishing lures and licenses), and a friendly neighbourhood pub. A marina just a short drive away offers various types of floating craft for rent. This area of the Kootenays is well situated for good hiking, climbing, fishing, biking, berry-picking, and exploring over land or water.

Unit B has a unique alley/mountain view that looks directly at the famous Pulpit Rock. It is an iconic hiking trail that is used by locals and tourists. The condo is on the quieter side of the building. The open living plan along with all the most modern designs and furnishings as well as the 12 foot by 18 foot outdoor deck off the living room, with a natural gas BBQ will help to make the condo extremely comfortable and a great way to finish a long day of exploration in and around the city of Nelson.
We are located on Svoboda Road, 2.4 kms from the city of Nelson. Svoboda Road is home to many popular mountain biking trails of all levels. From our beautiful glamping sites you can ride out to the trails, already up the mountain. We are surrounded by the West Arm Wilderness Park so it is pristine forest, creeks and hiking trails also all around us. Being 10 minutes from Nelson also opens up all the amenities of this lovely town…biking/hiking/walking trails at the foot of Svoboda Road that go for miles in either direction; fabulous restaurants, craft breweries, shops, beaches and in non Covid times many festivals and music, and arts events.
We have four 14 foot in diameter domes, each with a twin bed, but room for another twin bed if desired; one 32 foot dome with a queen, and three twin beds; two cabins with queen beds, and a 32 foot travel trailer that is suitable for six people and is self contained with a shower, bathroom, full kitchen. There is a gazebo, full kitchen, three showeres and composting toilets, fire pit for the domes and cabins. All the domes have carpets, dressers, ‘real” beds, linens, towels. We are only filling to 1/2 capacity due to Covid 19 so each group can have their own shower and bathroom. Perfect for mountain bikers, families or a romantic retreat. The property is home to the Martin’s organic farm….full of beautiful flowering gardens, veggies, berries and fruit trees. Quiet, lush, and in the wilderness but close to Nelson.
