RESERVATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
All reservations require payment at time of booking.
For reservations made for vacation rental accommodation between June 1st and September 30th, all payments are deemed as non-refundable.
For reservations made for vacation rental accommodation taking place during other periods of the year, there is a 30 day cancellation policy; if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the start date of the vacation rental then a full refund of payments made shall apply.
