The Silver King Property, located 14 kilometres south/west of Nelson, British Columbia, on the northern slopes of Toad Mountain, is comprised of seven sub-alpine lots that total 111 acres (45 hectares). The seven lots form a contiguous block and vary in size from 6.5 acres (2.6 hectares) to 21 acres (8.5 hectares). The property has a rich history and today offers tremendous recreational development potential. Road access to the property is in place and a network of roads exists on the lots.

Located on the preferred north slope of Toad Mountain in the world-renowned Kootenay powder snow belt, with easy access to 4,000 alpine hectares, the area is ideal for snow cat and back country skiing. Elevations on the lots range from 5,300 feet (1,620 metres) to 6,300 feet (1,920 metres), offering attractive sites for a ski lodge, chalets or cabins. Furthermore, Giveout Creek can support a micro hydro electric generating plant to service development.

The property is also suitable for summertime activities, including mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, treasure hunting for mineral specimens and old mining artefacts, and fishing at Silver King Lake.

Other potential uses come from timber values that could form the basis for a wood lot operation, particularly when combined with surrounding government timber under a wood lot operation agreement. A rise in silver prices could result in a small profitable silver mining operation.
